Job searching is rough! I am having a hard to looking mainly because these people want thousands of years of experience that I don't have! I feel like I'm wasting my time filling out these applications because once they see that I don't have that experience they are just going to skip right over it. I need to figure out a new approach and to me cold calling is also a waste of time just for them to tell you some scripted answer. It is just so frustrating and there are just too many people in this world and not enough jobs.
